Hindistan cevizi
Serbeti icin tozseker su ve limon ocakta pisirilir.
Kaynamaya baslayinca 20 dk. kadar daha pisirilir.
Ayri bir kapta oda sicakligindaki tereyag ve yumurta karistirilir.
Toz seker ve irmik ilave edilerek harmanlanir.
Kabartma tozu vanilin karbonat ve un elenerek yavasca eklenir.
Kucuk yuvarlaklar yapilarak hafifce yassitilir (Bknz. Bir onceki Video)
Yumurtanin sarisi surulerek catalla sekil verilir.
Onceden isitilmis 170 derece firinda pisirilir.
Pisince ilik tatliya soguk serbet ilave edilir.
Hindistan cevizi ile servis edilir.

1 cup granulated sugar
1 package vanillin

3 cups powdered sugar
A slice of lemon
to decorate

Sherbet on the sugar and lemon juice cooked in a hearth.
Bring to a boil for 20 minutes. much more it cooked.
